Jim Neuberger - General Manager

Jim has been in the automotive industry for over 27 years. Before that he played minor league baseball for the Cincinnati Reds and he still has a mean fastball. He has 4 children, his little princess Kami (who is now 19), Alex his youngest super star athlete son (who is now a United States Marine), his Capital University graduate and 4 year athlete Ryan (who now enjoys spending time with my 2 grand daughters Payton and Kailyn), and his hardest working oldest son Justin. Four years ago his oldest son Justin gave Jim his pride and joy grandson Layne Neuberger (who is now 7). His true love is watching his kids grow and participating in sporting events at Edison High School while hanging out in the bleachers with his little buddy Layne. Jim is also involved with the local 4-H programs helping local young boys and girls with learning how to take care of farm animals and understanding the importance of agriculture. He has been with Smiley Automotive ever since we opened the doors in 2005 and his reason for striving for perfection is simple, he loves taking care of customers and making their dreams come true. Jim is an absolute amazing person and team leader that will do everything in his power to help his team and his customers in any way he can.

Travis Smiley - Sales Manager

Travis has been around the car business his whole life, and full time for Smiley Automotive since June 1st 2014. He has been working for us since we opened our doors December 15th 2005, he has done everything from washing cars, oil changes, selling cars and now buying the cars. Travis went to school at Edison School District until 2008, when he switched to Norwalk St. Paul where he graduated at in 2014. After school he went to Ehove Career Center to become a firefighter, he has obtained his fire 1 and fire 2 licences. Travis is a volunteer firefighter at Townsend Township Fire Department in Collins, Ohio. In his free time he loves to hangout with friends and family, spend time with his wife Chelsey and dog Tater, help a local farm in Milan, go to Summit Raceway Park and go four-wheeling. To Travis you are not just a customer you are family. He inspires to one day to fill in his father's footsteps and run the dealership. Barb Jackson - Office Manager

Barb has 48 years of experience in the car business,just recently joining our Smiley Automotive team. She is an officer at her local VFW post auxiliary. Barb has one son and two grand kids. Her whole world is spending time with them and watching the babies grow up. She fits perfect with our Smiley team, and loves to help customers day in and day out. 

Lorie Warren - Assistant Office Manager

Lorie brought 35 years experience running an office with her when she started her career here with us. When at home she enjoys spending time with her most favorite people, her ten grandchildren. She grows a garden and cans anything she can get her hands on. She loves to go camping whenever possible. She makes a great fit for the Smiley Automotive team and goes above and beyond to help our customers
